The employees we choose from talent market and some institutes are trained at the very beginning. Now most of them are skilled workers and experienced engineers with and average 4 years experience.We can guarantee the mold quality because of them.

Injection Dept. currently has 19 injection machines from 50 T to 780 T, and provides both mold trial sample and testing report. We can  make small amounts of products.

The perfect operation system of QA Dept. can guarantee the mold quality by inspecting in-coming material ,manufacturing process and samples. With the help of the coordinate measuring machine which bought from Coord3 S.P.A, Italy, the projector the hardness-tester and some others fine measuring equipment, QA Dept. can provide accurate engineering datum for mold engineering.  

Our Engineering Dept. has 50 computers and the latest design and machining software. Software for design:AutoCAD14/2000, Pro-E2001, UG, Solidwork2001for aid-machining:AutoCAD14/2000, Pro-E2001, MasterCAM, Cimatron,HZS-Space4 We can accept files via disc, Zip-Driver, Modem, E-Mail, FTP and etc
